Cesto treba rozprestrieť, poskladať bochník a po vykysnutí upiecť pri 230 stupňoch Celsia, v predohriatych nádobach , v dlžke 30 minút s vrchnákom a 15 minút bez. Teplota počas pečenia sa neprestavuje
